Shipping and delivery:
We offer different delivery options:
Delivery Basic, no assembly:
A man will come, you must help this man with lifting from the truck inside (ground floor only, over the threshold, not via a staircase).
At the basic delivery our delivery person arrives alone and needs help carrying it. For very heavy tables where more than 1 person's help is needed, we will inform you so that you are aware of how many people's help is needed. You must assemble table tops and bases yourself using the supplied mounting materials. This is self-explanatory, you can place the bases wherever you want based on the chairs you have. Measure this carefully in advance to see whether the chairs fit between the legs. Pre-drilling in the wood is not necessary.
Tables that are not manufactured in our workshop are excluded.
Delivery by 2 men incl. assembly or excl. assembly only on ground floor, not via stairs (only possible within NL and BE for Germany only basic delivery with surcharge applicable):
In front of delivery with mounting/over the threshold You will receive an email from an external partner with 3 options from which you can choose for delivery (if you have opted for delivery with assembly, this will also be assembled by the external partner deliverers). Two men will come and lift the table in unassembled or assemble the table for you, only on the ground floor or the table must fit in the elevator, not via stairs. Packaging is included. For deliveries to floors without a lift, an external lift must be arranged by the customer himself or can be done with the help of our external delivery partner.
At Industrial-Home you pay the following costs for delivery:
Surcharges: Wallonia, Southern Belgium, Luxembourg & Germany: 250% | Wadden Islands: 200%
Delivery tables in the Netherlands
Delivery Basic, no assembly:

Delivery Basic, no assembly:

Delivery with a moving lift?
Our logistics department will contact you. They assess whether the delivery via the elevator in the building is possible. If that is not the case, we still have to have a removal lift come with the associated costs (for the customer).
Please note, changing the delivery time within 48 hours prior to delivery is not free of charge. € 65 will be charged for this.
When your order is delivered with a removal lift, we will take care of it for you. The costs are for your account. We deliver to max. the 7th floor, where the costs are € 195.
Why are the costs of the removal lift at least € 195?
The costs of a removal lift consist of the basic costs of the lift itself, additional administration costs compared to a regular delivery and extra time to schedule the delivery. In addition, it takes about three times as long to deliver a table by means of a moving lift. Finally, the risk of damage is greater than if we can lift the top with our own hands, so we also have to take this risk into account. Sometimes tables also have to be packed extra to prevent damage.
Do you think these costs are too high? Then it is also possible to arrange the removal lift yourself.
Important for delivery via removal lift:
Industrial-Home is dependent on the rental company when planning the removal lift. If you can deal with this flexibly, we can deliver your order faster.
If a parking permit is required, this is your responsibility.
Measure very carefully the windows/doors through which the order has to pass. Take special delivery conditions into account, such as a French balcony and the position of the removal lift.
